The Private Engineering Office (PEO) is a government agency of the State of Qatar. Effectively starting in 2004, the agency falls under the auspices of the Emiri Diwan of Qatar and receives its directives from H.H. the Emir. The Private Engineering Office is mandated to provide development, project management and property management services for properties that are of interest to H.H. the Emir, both locally and internationally. Such projects range from restoration and rehabilitation of existing structures into completely new developments with emphasis on balancing modern engineering with preservation of the country’s heritage.
